WTranslator
Translates support tickets with Google, DeepL or Bing, and sends your reply in the customer's language.
Overview
A ticket written in a language your team does not read is translated into your panel language with one click — and the reply you write is translated into the customer's language before you send it.
The translation lands in the reply editor rather than going out on its own, so you read it, adjust anything you want and then send. Your team keeps working in one language while every customer is answered in theirs.
How It Works
-
01
Connect your translation service
Enter your Google, DeepL or Bing key once.
-
02
Read the ticket in your own language
The Translate button on the ticket converts the customer's message into your panel language.
-
03
Answer in the customer's language
Write the reply in your language; the same button translates it into the language the customer wrote in.
-
04
Check before it goes out
The translated text is placed in the reply editor, so you can edit it before sending.
