Transfer Service
We carry out the server migration; the old installation stays in place until you confirm.
Overview
Files, database, licence binding, cron schedule and mail settings are moved to the new server and verified one by one.
The old installation is left running until you confirm, so the way back stays open.
A migration is more than copying data: the configuration and optimisations WISECP needs are applied on the new server too — PHP extensions, memory limits, OPcache, cron and mail settings are set up for the new environment.

You share access to both servers
Source and target server details are shared through a support ticket.

Moved and verified
Data is migrated, the licence is bound to the new address, cron and mail are set up again.

Once you check the new installation and confirm, the old one is shut down.
